The Ermasmart line is structured around key stages: analysis, design, maintenance, and production management. Station #3 exemplifies the application of Dobot CR5 collaborative robot, showcasing tasks such as cap clipping, QR code-based customization, and precise overcap application to meet specific product requirements.
The CR5 Robot Capping System provides a user-friendly programming interface, facilitating seamless adaptation to various product customization requirements. Its capability for online vision-based quality control ensures consistent and high-quality production outputs, meeting industry standards.
The integration of advanced robotics technology includes intelligent sensors, IO-Link systems, cobotics, vision systems, RFID traceability, and other cutting-edge solutions.
