Solution:
One MG400 with loading machine, conveyor belt, and plasma washer. The MG400 is equipped with a suction cup gripper to load aluminum sheets onto a plasma cleaning machine. After the aluminum sheets are cleaned, the robot unloads them onto the conveyor belt to be transported to the next process. This allows loading and unloading operations to be executed simultaneously and avoid the loss of efficiency caused by machine standby.
